Kudos to Mayo Clinic for doing the right thing. Proof of having had numerous FDA approved vaccinations have always been a condition of employment there. You don't like the rules at your job? Find the nearest door with an EXIT sign over it.

Those other vaccines they got were FDA approved, and stopped the person from getting/transmitting the disease. These shots do neither.
I would assume they are following CDC guidelines...only test if you have symptoms if you are vaccinated or know someone who got covid and you had close contact and then after 5 days.
Remember..the vaccines are safe and EFFECTIVE so they don't need to test.
So people in Florida who make a personal choice to not get vaxxed, get fired, then get to sit home and collect money from the government? So DeSantis supports SoCiaLiSm now? Wow!
DeSantis doesn't support these mandates in the first place so... swing and a miss.
hmm, what does the dictionary say? A vaccine is "a substance used to stimulate the production of antibodies and provide immunity against one or several diseases" That's exactly what mRNA vaccines do.
The mRNA was designed and tailored to fight the Alpha variant. Alpha has pretty much disappeared, which is a testament to how effective the vaccine was. Even though mRNA is a not a perfect fit against Delta and Omicron, it has proven to be very effective at keeping people out of the hospital.
mRNA is one of the greatest scientific achievements in our lifetimes. At some point down the road I have no doubt some Nobel prizes will be handed out. mRNA technology has saved thousands, if not millions, of lives.
Except there are many questions unanswered. Like:
Why not make a traditional vaccine, a method proven to work, from the actual spike proteins? Why go through a new experimental, gene type complex process of inserting mRNA into cells?
What happens to the cells that have been 'tricked' into making a foreign and toxic protein and expresses it on their surfaces? When our killer T cells and B cells see something foreign on a cell, it thinks that cell has been infected (it has)- and targets it for elimination.
On cdc.gov it says:
"The mRNA will enter the muscle cells and instruct the cells’ machinery to produce a harmless piece of what is called the spike protein."
Really? If the spike protein is harmless why does the immune system mount a response?
What if the infection hits a blood vessel, and some mRNA travels to organs? Did they test for that in the trials? Nope.
It's truly pathetic seeing some of the replies here. It's almost like they are gloating over people being forced to make the choice between being vaccinated or lose their job. And for no reason, these peoples decisions won't effect them in the slightest. Such poor excuses for American's , that is for sure.

But they have no requirements or motivation to get tested so very few will. Isn't that the point that person was making? Or are you hung up on disproving an absolute?
