Seriously. It's really sad all these right-wingers are hoping Biden goes full-blast into a war with Russia just so they can have another excuse to attack him. Biden has already said explicitly he will not send troops to war with Russia but that doesn't stop the right-wingers from saying he will anyway.
Here we have a president who finally got us out of a 20-year-long war in Afghanistan, and yet the right-wingers are hoping he enters another war!
Two points to consider;
Firstly, since when does Biden not lie? Remember Keystone and his campaign promise to the Keystone workers? He broke that promise on day one of his 'presidency'.
Secondly, it was orange man bad who ended the Afghan war. Biden only screwed it up by delaying it and then bungling the process (but he did complete orange man bad's process he had begun). Biden can claim no credit for the ending of that war but he most certainly owns the screw up!
One can consider Biden's statement that there won't be a war with Russia to be an ill omen.
But to answer the OP question - no need to worry if you are un-vaxxed or hold a Democrat party cart. Those two will will be exempt. Oh yes, the illegal boarder crossers will be exempt too.
There will be no draft, because there will be no war. And even if there was war, there still wouldn't be a draft.
Political suicide. Americans by majority are sick of war, and that means those things done by the actual volunteer military. So now do something already unpopular, and compound the unpopularity by resurrecting conscription, to make sure you are unanimously hated? Makes no sense.

Get back to me when the dictatorship is official and the entire US system of government has been altered. Until then, there will be no draft.
If that idiot goes to war with Russia we really are going to be sunk even more than we already are! The US is spending money as if it is water!! Biden needs to go.

Sorry, the Founding Fathers were brilliant individuals, but they still weren't gods. They were just as prone to make mistakes as other people. Therefore The Constitution, while it should be followed, is not error-free. It's not holy scripture. In fact, it's meant to be amended.
A draft would have to be adopted legislatively, not by an Executive Order. Which is sort of what you said.
Uh huh. Never gonna happen, and even if it did, draft avoidance for Biden would make Johnson/Nixon draft avoidance seem like one dude forgot to get on the bus.
