I'm not black or white. I'm looking it at from the lenses on who can get the job done not what race does it but getting along with the owner helps a lot especially when you have a bad season and revenues goes down.

"it"?

You said "every study". That implies multiple studies, not a singular one. Where are the others?

I can't understand why diversity in NFL coaches is so darn important. Just get the best guy for the job regardless of his race or ethnicity. It's that simple.

Better yet, let the owners pick their own head coaches. They have to not only pay them them but have trust and work together and have chemistry.

the reality is most coaches will fail so its not like white coaches have shown they are better.
The reality is those coaches chosen, were the better candidates.

Because 70% of white people are raised in a 2 parent family, while only 30% of black children are. THAT is the reason they have they advantage.

Performance matters. Race does not. Or are we now purely a Racially separate society?

Exactly, we need more Asians and Hispanics playing in the NFL. Where are the protests and riots?

ALL these blacks who have been head coaches.

Many more are, and have been, asst coaches.

Maybe we should really use "equality" so many call for.

Blacks only make up around 13% of our population.

If half are men then we should only allow 6 to 7% of the players to be black.

Why are they "discriminating" against whites?
