and lost ~10% of its conventional war machine.

Anyone want to argue this is going well for Putin and his cabal?

For some reason I can't get the link to copy.....I'll try to edit it in paywall and all.

I don't trust our Fake News or Fake CIA so really not sure if this is anywhere close to accurate. If true (unlikely), then it is proof of the weakness of the Russian military (which I already knew).

Epstein killed himself too. Oh yeah and now Hunter's laptop is legit.... oh yeah and now it looks like COVID numbers were inflated.....

If Russia were taking those kinds of losses they would have leveled Kiev.

I don't 100% trust it but I do think think the Russian military has proven to be a very weak force.

And for me this refutes the argument that "Putin won't stop with Ukraine". He does not have the money or the manpower to go running though Europe and his young male population is not enough to recruit more. Not to mention, they estimate over 200K Russians have fled since this started. Wanna bet that is young men?

My concern is what happens when it is clear Putin can't win on the ground / with regular weapons.

LOL, OK think...we lost 50,000+ people in Viet Nam over 10 years of flat brutal war. That's also more than the Russians lost in Afghanistan. In a month? Please. 40000 is just a flat silly figure. Did the Russians go back to Napoleonic tactics and just not announce it?

The details are from NATO intelligence softened enough for public consumption.

I get that it's easier to navigate life believing all published information is a lie. I just don't buy that logic.

You need to re-read the stats. NATO does not claim 40,000 KIA.
