So the left's position on this is since they can think of a few rare situations where to them it would make sense to kill a newborn baby it makes sense to pass a law that generically allows people to kill their newborn babies?
Where does it say a live born infant may be deliberately killed?
Geez, it very clearly says there will be no criminal penalties for killing babies. Maybe that isn’t clear enough for you but it will certainly be clear enough for others. No penalties means it’s effectively legal to deliberately kill the baby after birth.
Where are all the posters who will claim this isn't happening, no one would do it and it's fake news?
It's in there in plain language. Permits killing babies just like putting down an old dog. Just because you feel like it.
Will this wake some people up? I wonder. Maybe if it passes they will stick to the "if it's the law I agree with it" viewpoint. Worshiping the law for their moral beliefs.
Is this even the end of the long, dark road they've been on?
How about making it legal for anyone to kill someone deserves it?
They effectively do it now in some areas. Kim Foxx in Chicago refused to prosecute two rival gangs when one was killed in a gunfight in the middle of the street. And don’t forget all the local prosecutors and judges who allow killers facing life in prison to walk out of prison to await their trial knowing they will kill again. This happens quite frequently in my hometown of Houston. All because of all the Harris County criminal judges being radical democrats.

This law will shield folks like this fine individual:
Quote:
When you perform late-term “abortions” by inducing labor, you get babies. Live, breathing, squirming babies. By 24 weeks, most babies born prematurely will survive if they receive appropriate medical care. But that was not what the Women’s Medical Society was about. Gosnell had a simple solution for the unwanted babies he delivered: he killed them. He didn’t call it that. He called it “ensuring fetal demise.” The way he ensured fetal demise was by sticking scissors into the back of the baby’s neck and cutting the spinal cord. He called that “snipping.”
SEC. 7. Section 123467 is added to the Health and Safety Code, to read:
123467. (a) Notwithstanding any other law, a person shall not be subject to civil or criminal liability or penalty, or otherwise deprived of their rights, based on their actions or omissions with respect to their pregnancy or actual, potential, or alleged pregnancy outcome, including miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion, or perinatal death.
(b) A person who aids or assists a pregnant person in exercising their rights under this article shall not be subject to civil or criminal liability or penalty, or otherwise be deprived of their rights, based solely on their actions to aid or assist a pregnant person in exercising their rights under this article with the pregnant person’s voluntary consent.

Yes, very much so. The Book of Revelations describes the people of the Democrat Party very accurately.
Dont you think its strange that, in recent years, laws have gotten much tougher on sex crimes, especially when they involve someone underage...does creating tough laws like this, sound like 'evil'?
Its not like a political party can be half evil/half good, its all or nothing, if they want to allow infanticide...why would they care if a child is sexually assaulted then?
All Im saying is, this is probably not what it seems.
