No. It's basic appeal to senses particularly, sexual drive. You should see other videos of "pretty women" in uniforms or camouflage bikinis or, just string, posing with guns or "joining" the brave soldiers on the front line.
"Hop on, boys, life is good on the front line. Booze, chicks and Rambo life!"
I didn't know that Vogue was a military magazine. Nice recruiting photo. Beautiful people dressed in clean uniforms in a nice heated barracks. That's how it starts out. But they forgot to include the photos of them at the front line, wallowing in the mud, rain, snow, and ice with Russian artillery and missiles crashing around them. Not so pretty. Maybe that's why they didn't include them. But gotta be chic and follow the proper narrative. Only Russians die at the front while the Ukrainian soldiers party with beautiful women, booze, and are showered with medals and promotions.

Insurance broker Marsh and Lloyd's of London underwriters have expanded a marine war insurance program backed by Ukraine from grain shipments to all non-military cargo, such as iron ore and steel. This will bring the level of trade leaving Ukraine back close to pre-war levels. Russia had announced a blockade, but lacks the military power to enforce it.
Russia lost a patrol boat and another oil depot. I believe yesterday they lost another SU-34. Time is on Ukraine's side. Russia is done for. They just don't know it yet. Or maybe they do. Putin bots are certainly in panic mode.
