Do you understand that not all of the criminality occurred on January 6th? Eastman, Mike Flynn, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell all promoted an unconstitutional means of Pence denying the election results. Trump met with Pence numerous times to encourage him to follow the plan. He pressured him on January 6th to violate the Constitution. He tweeted that Pence lacked courage as the crowds were calling for Pence's death.

Trump is on tape asking the the Georgia election official to find 11,780 votes even after being told multiple times that there was no evidence of fraud sufficient to change the results. Even after multiple counts in Georgia. That is a crime. Frankly that call alone should be all any patriotic American needs to hear.

Oh ok let’s address the peacefully and patriotically bit then.

He’s a liar! That was a dog whistle.

The end.

Again, an assumption, just like thinking they would’ve left immediately.

It means he knew he had lost and was planning on pushing the election lie early on. It was dangerous and unprecedented in American history. He knowingly riles up his violent base with a lie. A crime? Maybe not. But certainly dangerous and indicative of a man unfit for office.
Wow, "violent base' are who???

Nah, it’s an assumption, and the end will be him walking and not going to prison like the assumption we’ve been hearing for the last 5+ years.

The words knowingly and willingly will come into play with the DOJ....especially on the fake electors plot...by the way are you familiar with the testimony on that???...give it a listen...Eastman and Clark are probably going behind bars for that,,I can promise you that. Regarding other laws being broken you have to factor in things like state of mind..like Trump saying that all the armed protestors were not there for him and should be let into the Elipse...and then knowing that much of the crowd was armed asking that crowd to march on the capital...that is a call to action. That's called abuse of power over law enforcement and Govt..which is breaking the law if proved in a court of law. All your telling me is that you haven't paid that much attention to these hearings.

starts at roughly :38 seconds on, right after the president says "Mike Pence is going to have to come through for us. And if he doesn't, it will be a sad day for our country. Because you will never take back our country through weakness."

This cannot be explained as anything other than riling up his base, some of whom he knew had guns. It cannot be explained away and it cannot be defended.

And, yes, I know you were inferring the BLM riots. Start a new thread. This is about the 1/6 hearings.

It does add evidence that Trump is a fat ass liar and all of this was planned to keep him in power event though he knew he had lost.
"Fat ass liar". That's a good one. Bravo. How original. Bravo again.
