This has become an even-sillier version of the 2nd (failed) impeachment effort.

PS-I heard from someone who heard from someone President Trump tried to climb out a window. After grabbing at the door handle.
It shows his state of mind. You don't want someone that volatile and out-of-control being president.

Actually, none of his supporters are willing to say anything at all under oath, period. Jordan, Biggs, Navarro, Meadows, and Scavino have refused, and Clark, Eastman, and Flynn have all pleaded the Fifth extensively. Flynn wouldn't even answer whether he believed there should be a peaceful transfer of power from one administration to the next.

They know, even if his base still believes in him. And they are terrified of what might already be on video in the testimony of others who were sworn in.

Just like GOP voters wanted to “drink a beer with George B” vs spend time with anal Al Gore
It doesn't seem that you pay attention to real life. Most of his supporters have stated, more than once, that they would prefer that he tone it down.

The fact that Trump ran almost every business he started into the ground, cheated those who were contractors or suppliers for his companies, welshed on his Atlantic casino employees—and likely is guilty of tax fraud on state and Federal levels—they don’t care
None of that mattered because they bought into the faux description of his being a “great businessman”
Proof, that "almost all" of his 400 businesses "were run into the ground"?

Meh, all you have is leftist kool-aid talking points.

The people questioning her testimony care.

I don't think the "lefties" as you call them care much, they accept the details at face value and wonder what it all means. The non-'lefties' would try to discredit her and her testimony, any part of it that they can. So the question is really about the veracity of Cassidy Hutchinson's testimony.

Some people just want it all to go away.

I was interested to learn that Trump really meant it when he declared that “And after this, we’re going to walk down, and I’ll be there with you. We’re going to walk down. We’re going to walk down any one you want, but I think right here. We’re going to walk down to the Capitol, and we’re going to cheer on our brave senators, and congressmen and women. We’re probably not going to be cheering so much for some of them, because you’ll never take back our country with weakness. You have to show strength, and you have to be strong.”

His actions in the presidential SUV (if described accurately) show he meant it. He intended to be among that crowd as they proceeded. (Of course he wasn't planning to walk among them, he wanted to ride). What the significance of that is, I don't know exactly. Just another piece of the puzzle.

We are also learning that as the mob breached the barricades and attacked the Capitol police, he watched from the west wing dining room and approved. Had he intended to lead that mob into the building? Would he have personally stopped them from breaking windows and pooping on the floor?

It is interesting.

It's interesting that you think if Trump, Jordon, Meadows, Navarro, etc. came forward to testify under oath that it would "help the goosechasers" rather than help trump by offering proof of his innocence.

Nah, been saying it all along. No reason to cooperate. Make them work for everything.

LOL I think someone needed to think out their response more carefully.
