The court doesn't allow the defense to cross examine witnesses, or challenge evidence. Every single member of Congress on this committee is appointed by Pelosi, with the single focus of destroying Trump. And just like the first two impeachments, Trump will not be charged with violating any federal crimes. It's guilt by association, guilt by conjecture, guilt by hearsay, guilt by rumor, and guilt by innuendo and biased political opinion.

To be fair, a lot of those 400 were shell companies, a lot of them set up by Michael Cohen, possibly used to launder money. That is a subject of at least one of the investigations now in progress. One of the shell companies was created and used specifically to make payments to Stormy Daniels.
Trump does hold the distinction of bankrupting a casino. My hat is off to him. That takes a special kind of talent.

She's conducted 9 focus groups with Trump voters since the beginning of the hearings, prior to the hearings at least 50% of the participants want to see Trump run again, since the hearings began that has fallen to virtually zero....not so much that they believe the hearings but because it is putting a spotlight on how much baggage Trump brings. Question to Trump supporters....Do you want 4 years of Trump? or 8 years of of another GOP candidate??" These are the conversations taking place.

Yeah most likely just to throw wrenches in the whole sham, at least I would. If this were even remotely bi-partisan things might be a little different.
