The Government, The D.A's anybody and everybody who makes decision in these cases has far greater fear of protests and riots by BLM and activists in the street then in anything those supporting the Bodega worker will do. Those who support him will not be burning down buildings or assaulting police. The mob and violence have won in these cities. Peace in the streets at any cost and if a few innocents have to suffer for it, oh well. They are likely part of the underclass anyhow

I suppose it's not shocking considering the city and its idiot D.A. The Bodega owner tried to reclaim the bag of chips the lady STOLE, and as a result was threatened with a knife. Her boyfriend then comes storming into the store to confront him, and it was clear he had zero intentions of resolving this peacefully. This is the very definition of a legitimate self-defense case, in a normal world.
This should put to rest any doubt that certain groups are afford more consideration and privileges than others. I have zero doubt that had the roles been reversed, and especially if the assailant was white, this D.A. would have brought the full fury of the legal system against the instigator.
Is there more to this story ? I just can't believe he is being prosecuted for this. Just another one of the countless reasons to vote every Democrat out of every office one can. And then maybe we can set this country back on course.
