Hell, he was wondering around onstage the other day totally confused and lost rubbing his fingers together which is a clear sign of high doses of medication. He’s going to start licking his lips soon. Sad and terrifying at the same time.

Time for Joe to go. He can play with little girls in the old folks home. Anywhere but the White House. Kamala is as dumb as a rock too but storage she’s capable of making a decision even though they will all be wrong.

Now 220 pounds of dynamite in 70 meters-deep water is all it took for each pipeline. So these pipelines might need to be patrolled by aircraft or by drones
.

Legally responsible? In a war like they care. You have clowns in the US govt openly asking for a head of state of another nation be taken out and you really think this has anything to do with a legal binding contract that you can wipe your tush with? LOL.

There will be an investigative team that will conclude Russia sabotaged its own pipeline. Russia will not be part of that team. Who has the expertise to pull it off? Russia, United States, England, Poland, France, Germany. Germany certainly did not do this. I doubt France and Poland. That leaves the UK, US, Russia. I doubt Russia would cut its nose, spite its face. That leaves the US and the UK. Biden made threats about that pipeline, US navy seen in the area......

England is part of the UK.

I don't think the UK would have done this, as it has no reason to stop supplies to the rest of Europe, and uses pipelines such as the Langeled pipeline from Norway in relation to gas and electricity, and France in relation to electricity cables such as the HVDC and you also have IFA-2, 1,000 MW between the UK and France, the ElecLink, 1,000 MW link between the UK and France through the Channel Tunnel, the BritNed, 1,000 MW between UK and Netherlands and the Nemo Link, 1,000 MW between UK and Belgium.

The UK also plays an important part in relation to numerous transatlantic submarine communications cables including the new Grace Hopper cable.

The Royal Navy is also currently building a new vessel to protect underwater pipelines and cables including energy and internet cables.

It's more likely that either Russia or Ukraine carried out the sabotage.

Perhaps, I doubt that Russia pulled this off. They could have, but to me they would have a long term strategic disadvantage by doing so. The Ukraine does not have the expertise to pull it off. England, UK, Great Britain.........Yes the same of course. As I stated, the US navy was spotted in the area, China Joe made threats against that pipeline. And of all the nations on this planet, there is no doubt the US has the expertise to pull it off, because that is what one would need, the tools and the expertise to do it, and most nations do not possess that kind of skill. The UK certainly does.

xoe's threats were loud and clear. even so, with little to no gas moving thru NS1 and NS2 not even operational, i don't see a great reason to pull such a high-profile stunt...

Pres. Biden: "If Russia invades...then there will be no longer a Nord Stream 2. We will bring an end to it."

Reporter: "But how will you do that, exactly, since...the project is in Germany's control?"

Biden: "I promise you, we will be able to do that."

“This is classic hybrid warfare,” said Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann, head of the defense committee in Germany’s Parliament, who stressed that for now she had no evidence Russia was behind the attack but believed it was the most “plausible” culprit.

“Putin is going to use every hybrid measure at his disposal to fluster Europeans, from food to refugees to energy,” she said.

Going to? Tens of thousands have already died in the US proxy war in Ukraine.
