Will this nightmare ever end? It’s like each day it continues to get worse. I keep praying I will wake up and this insanity will have passed.

Why not? That's where we're headed anyway.

And for patent dishonesty about trying to pretend I was talking about cases and not shutting down the economy, back on ignore...my mistake.

I keep trying to give some posters here chances to have any sort of reasonable dialouge and nope.

You're spin is ridiculous. Just saying. Apparently you don't know the difference between now and 2020 when world economies were shutdown

The left 2.5 years ago: "Shutdown the entire word for 2.5 years over a 99% survival rate virus! Now!"

The left today: "What caused this inflation, rcession, global supply chain disruptions, gas shortages, and chaos? I don't understand. Clearly it's Putin."

Well, except for that brief, glorious period of time in the recent past, when Trump got us on the road to energy independence. But hey, no more mean tweets, right?

Because domestic nuclear and energy production is evil bad, scary, and horrifying. Mother nature hates it! (according to the left)

So its better to rely on Russians, Elon Musk, and Saudis to keep you warm during the winter.

Of course since the stock market was trying to recover. And then Jerome low IQ Powell will follow up with something dumber than he did last time if the market tries to recover again. Just like dominoes.

But Biden has certainly made things worse.

Your site only goes to 2019.

"Trump Just Achieved What Every President Since Nixon Had Promised: Energy Independence"

"Energy Security: Last week, the U.S. exported more oil than we imported, for the first time in 70-plus years. And it happened not because of decades of federal "energy policies," but despite them."

"Since Richard Nixon was in the White House, presidents have pushed national energy plans that, they said, would reduce the country's dependence on foreign oil. These plans all had one thing in common — they all assumed that increased domestic oil production couldn't solve the problem."

"A Radical Change Then President Donald Trump took office and announced a radical departure from 50 years of received energy "wisdom." In a speech to the Energy Department months after taking office, he said that for decades leaders peddled the myth of energy scarcity. Most of it is self-imposed, he said. What the country needs, he said, isn't "alternative" energy, or new austerity measures. It's a government that "promotes energy development." Trump listed actions he was taking to lift federal impediments to energy production.
Lo and behold, Trump was right.
Advanced drilling technologies have opened vast expanses of domestic oil and natural gas. And as domestic production skyrocketed, imports have been steadily dropping." (until biden took over!)
