Biden had to get gas prices down during the summer which he did. And many in the MSM were all too happy to promote "The Inflation Reduction Act," the July 6 hearings and the Dobbs decision as the major concerns facing Americans. It was all smoke and mirrors.

Then one day not long ago here in Mesa, Az the price of gas jumped. Then it jumped again.

Now it's back to 4.79. (fell to $3 this summer yet was under $2 in 2019)

Most Americans don't understand why a gallon of gas cost so much. Who really does? But they don't like it,

The same with the cost of groceries. It's a "supply chain issue." Whatever. The cost of everyday items like vegetables, bread ect. have noticeably increased. Voters are upset and rightfully so.

If the Dems lose it will be primarily because of the economy. It's the economy, stupid

Now, RCP has the Republicans flipping Georgia (even though they project a run-off there) and the Democrats holding Arizona.

Everything is in flux, with a little over three weeks to November 8th.
GOP would easily win a Ga runoff.

"if"? The house is gone. Pelosi is out. The GOP is expected to expand the governorship to 30. RCP is projecting that the GOP is expanding the Senate to 53 seats. The house of cards Democrats sold for the past 6 months is crumbling down. The Democrat party and their leaders are in a bubble that ignores the real issues of the American people and focused on made up crisis.

On 'Jesse Watters Primetime,' Victor Davis Hanson spoke about the Democrats' beliefs on abortion and Stacey Abrams linking abortion and inflation by saying "having children is why you're worried about the price of gas."

Well, it's something out of Brave New World, Huxley dystopian novel, or 1984. It was really creepy. But it's indicative that they want to talk about issues that are not of concern to the electorate and what is concern, the problems on the border are crime, are inflation, are gas, they created. But what's even stranger, they don't want to address them. They could start the wall again, they could stop catch and release. They could open up Anwar tomorrow. They could start the keystone again. They could do all of these things. But they won't do it.

No - it will be because of the stupidity of the average American. The average voter really, truly believes that the Administration of the day has a significant effect on the economy. In good times the Administration is genius, when it is going South, it's surely their fault.

In reality it has almost nothing to do with the actions or inaction of the current Administration. Just look at the recession and inflation of the 1970's. That crossed numerous Administrations both Democrat and GOP, and none of them had any significant impact on it either way.

The current level of high inflation is caused by printing trillions of dollars and pumping it into the economy and the price of oil.

Even House Whip Clyburn admits that "all of us" knew their policies would lead to inflation...
