Maybe you should look up the meaning of the word in other than a dead language! Maybe you should also look up the meanings of the words 'superstition' and 'anachronism'.

Fetus is a Latin word and whether the language is dead or not, the defination basically remains the same. A human fetus is simply a small human being. Funny how when a woman is pregnant with a wanted baby she'll have no problem calling it what it is -A BABY! Unwanted, it's "just a fetus." Honestly, how many times have you heard a pregnant women say, "my fetus just kicked me," or "What gender is your fetus and what will you name your fetus?"

"Fetus is a Latin word and whether the language is dead or not, the defination basically remains the same."

You are incorrect as to the meaning of 'fetus' in Latin versus English. The English use today is driven by the scientific (biology) understand of embryonic development. The meanings of English words borrowed from other languages can significantly change. Please be careful with your use of English words.

"A human fetus is simply a small human being."

Manifestly untrue. This is not a matter of sentimentalism.

Then please explain to me what a fetus is. Looks like a small human being to me!

The disassociation of a fetus being human explains everything anyone interested in human behavior would ever want to know. We would have the destruction of ourselves for our own greedy wants.

You left out the photos of a human fetus where the fetus looks like any of dozens of other kinds of animals. Please help us out here. Don't be cherry-picking your facts!

I used these pictures as most abortions occur during these weeks. Clearly not just "blobs of tissue" but rather a small human being.

4 weeks: This is what the baby looks like by the time most women even learn she is pregnant. Baby already has a beating heart, a gender, brain waves are soon to follow.

6 weeks: 16% of abortions done at this stage.

7 weeks: 38 % of abortions done at this stage.

8 weeks: already has all of her major organs. 17% of abortions done at this stage.

So you can see, most abortions occur between week 4 and 8 when the fetus looks like a small human being.
