this is WAY too good to be true. A cop being held accountable like a normal citizen for their actions. Instincts tell me that this guy will walk but i'll give the benefit of the doubt and say he will do serious time.

My gut feeling is the same. They're doing this to let the anger cool down a bit then he'll walk or get a slap on the wrist when people have forgotten the incident.
