No sh$t. Do you read? I never said THAT PERSON was resisiting. I even said the cop should be tried. Are you stupid?

The person didnt say he was resisting...you just called them a racist for mentioning that people SHOULDNT resist.

Can YOU read? Or, more importantly, can you write? Your post came in sequence after my post; it was, indeed, meant to be a response to my post that was quoted above. Your question was, and I quote, "So people should resist arrest?" The context of your assertion was that this man was resisting arrest and that I was OK with it. Actually, sometimes I would advocate resisting arrest if the cops didn't have the advantage of overwhelming firepower. But. for that reason, in actuality, I would not ever advocate resisting arrest.

As for my response to the poster you subsequently mentioned, we have a history. I have, correctly, I believe, accused her of being racist.

So..........if you don't want me to misinterpret your intent, make your intent obvious. If you are actually capable of doing so, that is.

I was unaware of you history with that poster. And I will apologize for that.

But I didnt read anything in that post that was racist or really even saying that particular person was resisting...just that you SHOULDNT resist.

To which you replied they are racist.

At the same time pretty much condoning the riots. Like that will help anything.

What I am saying, CPF, is that this poster I responded to has a history of really nasty, racist code words ("savages," etc.) in many posts in the past, and I have called her on those.......I have never condoned riots.

No, I think that would be inappropriate. Please go back and read my earlier post regarding this.

Even if he was resisting arrest there is no reason for a gun to be pulled. There was a bunch of police officers around this man would not be able to do anything.
