Wow, four pages...that's an incredible strategy there. Basically "Trust us, we know what's best". Just a 4 page summary to say they "have a plan" is meaningless without definitions, costs, and funding.

And yes - the Democrats did lie - even yesterday - Rep Charles Rangel, on CNN said that the Republicans do not have any plan.
