So...what we learned is that medical decisions will be made by DOCTORS and not a government bureaucrat. Have a nice night everyone. Hope you learned something and tell your friends!
3.7 it is. I was told 3.6. But 3.7 is a whole lot more forgiving than 3.9. Not a lot of room for any B's. I'd ASSume the U of MN has a higher GPA than a typical Med school. Hence, the average GPA is "reasonable" for a lot of programs. It sounds like you got into a great program.
My customer friend got into Mayo 38 out of 10,000 (he is now in his mid 30's). Yea. He's smart. He is walking data base and leaves my brainpower in the dust. He can recite chemical compounds. I suspect he is a genius. I just got off the phone with him. He is not a fan of Obama care.
One interesting thing he did say is smoking and smoking alone racks an insurmountable amount of healthcare costs. Personal responsibility strikes again. Your thoughts??
Why do you go to work?? I go for the money? Do you go "for the right reasons"???
Think a little deeper. The work load will double for less money. The policy is getting ramrodded down their throat. That's a little demotivating and they are p_ssed off. How dare they vent.
did someone say ramrod??
you're getting me excited...
How "analytical" can that study be considering they won't know if a student can complete the program with any certainty until they do it. They are just ASSuming that a student can complete the study based on criteria they set forth. It's just another assumption. You can call it "analytical" to make it sound more valid. The fact is you don't know if they can or can't complete it until they actually complete the program.
That's why you don't understand modern medicine. You apparently can't think beyond the end of your nose.
Many of the students turned down by one school end up going to a school of equal or better quality. All you need is about 10 years worth of academic and post graduation data for a few hundred students at 5-10 schools and you have a relevant data base. We proved what we said, unlike the medical profession.
