Congratulations to the 49ers, an odd win but a W in the Win column. 49ers did enough to win, that's what matters.

Good luck in the NFCCG! It will be tough probably but they do say "D" wins championships!

Tough loss for Packer fans, not expecting to lose although ST has been an issue all year. Ending up 32nd on year end list tells the story, I guess. It was a bad loss, no such thing as a good one.

What a nervous game last night! I could barely fall asleep.

Gritty preformance by the Niners , so proud.

Who do you guys want in the NFC Championship?

we have a good history against the Rams so perhaps that's what I'm thinking.

I would enjoy seeing the Rams vs Niners in the NFC Championship game. We will see at the end of the day today.

That was the coldest looking game I’ve seen in a while.

It couldn’t have gone any better as far as I’m concerned; I’m glad it’s the Rams. Not only have the Niners been a bit of a sore spot for them, but it’s a whole lot closer to home. The Niners don’t have to travel to Tampa Bay; and it’s likely to result in a much larger (present) fanbase as well, thereby weakening the home-field advantage.

Go Niners! :-)

Only the Rams are limiting ticket sales to locals only using credit card billing addresses.

Let’s go Niners!

Yeah, this just makes the Rams appear desperate (and proves it’s a concern). That said, there are many Niners fans who live in the area or have access to said ticket sales one way or another i.e. I’m one of them. Additionally, they can’t control the resale market. It’s not had much of an effect when (a few) other teams have attempted this tactic in the past; although it’s nice to know as a Niners’ fan, we’re in their heads already. ;-)

Additionally, that the Niners don’t have to travel across time zones/the country to Tampa Bay is a bit of an advantage in and of itself (by comparison). There is no doubt there will be more Niners fans present than there would have been in TB.

they've actually put Kelly Stafford in charge of ticket sales, so problem avoided....
