Very nice that he did that extra detail for you. I always encourage my guys at work to listen to the customer and go above and beyond on the little details. I'm sure those diamond inserts will go a long way towards turning around your experience with the company. Sounds like they're really moving now.

Sure, no big secret. We are paying about $36k. Salt system but no heat. Oversized, multi-level deck with 27x50' cage with 3 doors. 2 water features and the 6' sun saucer first step.

So if that post looks like some random answer....it's because someone posted and and how much we paid for the pool but right after I answered, he took it down and PM'd me instead. A few hours later he PM'd me to explain but it was too late to delete mine. Weird thing about CD. A couple hours after you post, it's there to stay. You can't delete things the next day. MA, are you going to have a covered area between the house and the pool. I guess it is called a Lanai? Just wondering if you are because your plans called for something I think it said something like supplied by customer or installed by owner.
