Very nice that he did that extra detail for you. I always encourage my guys at work to listen to the customer and go above and beyond on the little details. I'm sure those diamond inserts will go a long way towards turning around your experience with the company. Sounds like they're really moving now.

I'm thinking when it's all said and done you will like it. It surely will not show the dirt. My light coral color does show the dirt.

Here's a tasty preview. You can really see the second and third levels of the deck beginning to take shape.

Sure, no big secret. We are paying about $36k. Salt system but no heat. Oversized, multi-level deck with 27x50' cage with 3 doors. 2 water features and the 6' sun saucer first step.

So if that post looks like some random answer....it's because someone posted and and how much we paid for the pool but right after I answered, he took it down and PM'd me instead. A few hours later he PM'd me to explain but it was too late to delete mine. Weird thing about CD. A couple hours after you post, it's there to stay. You can't delete things the next day. But I don't mind sharing that, after all, I started this thread to be informative.

MA, are you going to have a covered area between the house and the pool. I guess it is called a Lanai? Just wondering if you are because your plans called for something I think it said something like supplied by customer or installed by owner.
I was just curious if you are is this included in the price?

Not to jinx it but I got a call from my realtor that the owner of the house I placed an offer on has accepted my offer. It does not have a pool and I guess it's on my short list, after a lift for the boat in my future.
thanks
Clint

Hi Clint. No you're seeing the part of the plan that referenced two existing lanais.
Our price includes the pool cage. A nice oversized one at that.

@Army Chief....lol, right.....
