Nice! I don't have to drive 30 mins to get to stores on Maynard or Walnut!
Awesome! I wish it was closer to me though!

Has anyone noticed if any construction/remodeling started there yet?

drove past it SAT. 8/29, glanced over, looked empty and untouched. be a good spot for a Hobby Lobby I think. lots of arts and crafts people in this area, and close to schools -- lots of school art class projects, knowhutimean?

No activity yet! I like the current plan for H-Mart over a craft store, lets hope it goes through.

I saw a couple of white pickups out front one day, but not much else. Could have been random or maybe looking it over.

Ugh. Hobby Lobby I can do without.

I'm pulling for H-Mart.

I'm pulling for H-Mart so I can get some Bulgogi Beef, and Korean Fried Chicken, and hopefully if they have it Korean tacos.

Per this website, they are slated to open Q2 2016. I'm sure things will start picking up toward the holidays and Q1 2016. Luckily it already has good bones.

I would so love a Hobby Lobby or good craft store instead of an Asian store/restaurant. Asian places are a dime-a-dozen in this area, hobby stores not so much. Closest one is the one off of 55 and if you want Michaels or JoAnns, you have to fight the traffic/crowds at Crossroads. This space is all of a 2 minute drive from my house.
