I have to agree with the above, on the exterior. I would describe the style as "Shipping Container Chic".

And it doesn't seem to fit in with the more traditional charm of the neighboring homes.

Stole this off a Real Estate group this morning.

I sure hate an unappreciative appliance...

Dinana, that was incredibly funny. I guess autocorrect took over and changed the original word.

Heh... yes... typos in Marketing Remarks prolly should be a whole 'nuther topic, but I do also remember once a home that was "maliciously maintained" and that did also give me pause.

Someone in my old office was typing a MLS description of the home and asked me to proofread their listing before submitting. I said looks good, except in the master bath you wrote duel sinks but it should be dual sinks. The sinks are not taking 10 paces, turning around and shooting at each other.

Especially when it never lets you forget. That often happens in a "dinning room."

I'm not bothered by cliches and euphemisms as I am by the photography.

Online it looks like a large living room and an expansive lawn. In reality, it would be difficult to fit a sofa and chair in the living room, and the lawn isn't large enough to hold a swing set.

This wide angle photography is often apparent in the kitchen photos when the refrigerator looks 8 ft wide.

Yes! If flights of stairs can fight duels, so can sinks: https://www.city-data.com/forum/hous...onus-room.html

Here's the house, which finally sold, despite numerous bizarre "features" (two multibillionaire brothers have their houses in that leafy gated development, and so it's smart to buy there, no matter how much your potential home's design screams "Junior College Drafting Degree!" https: https://www.realtor.com/realestatean...t%20positively
