Heh... yes... typos in Marketing Remarks prolly should be a whole 'nuther topic, but I do also remember once a home that was "maliciously maintained" and that did also give me pause.
Someone in my old office was typing a MLS description of the home and asked me to proofread their listing before submitting. I said looks good, except in the master bath you wrote duel sinks but it should be dual sinks. The sinks are not taking 10 paces, turning around and shooting at each other.
I'm not bothered by cliches and euphemisms as I am by the photography.
Online it looks like a large living room and an expansive lawn. In reality, it would be difficult to fit a sofa and chair in the living room, and the lawn isn't large enough to hold a swing set.
This wide angle photography is often apparent in the kitchen photos when the refrigerator looks 8 ft wide.
