I don't know. Just seems like petty things and as a buyer have ZERO bearing on my purchase.
I don't think the bed sheets or moving a toilet bowl brush is a dealbreaker but that room with the blue sofa looks so much better especially from the angle that it was taken at. That might make a difference from getting someone in the door.

Becky that area looks so great now. That brown putty, can you put a white seal over it, so it matches the toilet bowl. Or just take the picture at an upward angle so you dont see the bottom of the bowl.

Anyway to be honest I didn't even notice it lol.

All the decorating SHOULD NOT be a deal breaker or even a consideration but as we all know and as sellers we've heard on almost thread, every little thing helps bring buyers in the door.

None of this would be a deal breaker to me either, Sheenie, but every little thing as a seller you can do to make it more attractive in this market pretty much should be done. I guess. LOL!

Go get 'em, Becky!!!

Definitely! The bright blue rug and towel snazz up the room and draw attention away from the brown stuff.

I like that better, but now I feel like the window is bare.

A small potted ivy or something along those lines on the sill would do the trick.

Here is the second upstairs bath with neutral shower curtain. Is it better thatn the blue sun curtain? It seems kind of dull to me.

I agree, it seems dull.

How about tying it back to one side with a bright "something." (Maybe wrap several strands of red rafia around it and tie in a bow?)

I would also pull that over the toilet thing out of there. It is empty and serving no purpose, and I think the room would look larger if it wasn't there.

I was watching HGTV last night and the girl was giving tips and she said open your shower curtain because it makes the bathroom look bigger (and one should especially do this if you have nice tiles).
