Looks MUCH better!

Now the photos reflect the rooms, not just the furniture.

The neutral shower curtain is a big improvement, as Sheenie said, it should probably be pulled back anyway.

I think you've done a really good job and you have really helped yourself by seeking objective opinions and not being put out by other people's suggestions - good for you!

I did send them to the realtor to update ASAP. Now, I just have to work on the curb appeal. I will update pics as I do! Any other suggestions?

I've also posted some directional signs in my neighborhood and I've been seeing more traffic. My flyers have been going too. Let's keep our fingers crossed! Once again, I thank you all sooo much!

A realtor told me recently that in this market, some buyers will find any small thing as an excuse to offer less. So the PP is right about making the outside and inside appealing -- it's dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's.
