If you don't change it out, I doubt it will matter; as I said, that curtain is way better then the other.

Do you have a Marshall's, or Ross where you live?
That's where I found a lot of my stuff.
I found awesome large pillows really cheap as well as some throws for my daughters room. I was also able to find a few vases that matched some of the colors I was using.

My old photo page just expired or I'd link to it. It was Circlepix that came out. I see the price for the economy is $109.99. You can go to google and do a search of virtual tours, your zip code and should get hits.

Don't forget to take some time each day for yourself.

We definately do have Marshall's and Ross! I love both of those. Thanks for the helpful info!

I agree with you. My plan is to update the pics and see what happens. If that doesn't work, I'll take things from there.

The realtor is updating the pics on realtor.com and the MLS. I'll keep everyone informed with the progress. I had a realtor stop by yesterday to view the house. He has clients that maybe interested.

Becky, just remember that you only get one chance to make a first impression

Hopefully the agent does everything at once

Beckycat...

Well done in staging your home. The new pictures look GREAT!! Much better angles, and you moved things around nicely.

We are in the opposite position, we want to sell our house up north and move down to the Lake Mary area. I have learned a lot from this thread.

I wish you the best of luck.

Wanna buy my house? LOL Thanks for the compliment. When are you moving down? Good luck to you! If there is anything I can help you with, let me know. Where are you moving from?

Beckycat,

Four months and only 1 offer. The way to sell a house in this market is price, condition, and marketing. I am assuming you are listed. Does your agent keep you informed aboiut what is happening in the market. How many houses are for sale in your area? How many homes sold in your area. When did they sell and at what price. How many pending sales for the area? How many times your home as been viewed online? What type of feedback are you getting from the showing agents? Does your agent aggressively market your home to the community, and other top agents in the area? You need to be constantly updated, so you know how to adjust your home and price for the market. You do not need to wait for the buyer. You need to go out and find the right buyer for your home. My listings normally get an offer within 60 days if not sooner in this market. I hope this helps.

SIncerley,

John Palmisano
