You're too good to go out with someone from Subway but not too good to write a long, drawn out post asking strangers to help you over-analyze her infinitesimal body language? That makes sense.

Dude...she works at subway. Maybe you should apply and then you will see why she sighs. Why is she there...well...bills don't care where you get the money, you just better get some. LOL
My guess is that you are staring at her while she works. Even while she waits on other customers. It happens day after day and she finds it enormously irritating.
Maybe she's just highly "instinctive" and she's thinking, "Too bad he's not interested in me, because I'm stuck in this lowly Subway job right now. If only he could see that I'm so much more than that. Here's this good looking, successful man, and he thinks he's too good for me, because I ONLY work at Subway. I could make him so happy, if only he'd give me the chance!"....Of course, you wouldn't deserve her......because you're judging her because she ONLY works at Subway..... **sigh**
So you're a regular, have you ever actually spoken to this woman other than to ask for lettuce, tomato, and light mustard? Do you know her name or have you asked about how her day is going or made any kind of small talk? If you're friendly with her, you could, you know, *ask* her what's up.

Yeah, she's probably wondering what HIS problem is. He comes in regularly and doesn't even bother to strike up any form of conversation...probably thinks he's either incredibly weird or a snob.
That was quite a long diatribe about someone you don't care to date. As long as she makes your sandwich there's no reason to get this worked up about this. However, if you really want to know, you could ask her after she sighs.
This is a good opportunity to change your order up, eat somewhere else or bring your own lunch.
