Women are hardly a minority. They are half the population.
As for deaf studies, which I presume would include American Sign Language, I, and most people, would find that an honorable major.

Women are still incredibly oppressed in many parts of the world today, so even if not in numbers, they are a cultural minority. Women are not allowed to drive or show their faces or ankles in some parts of the world.
I'd actually be interested to know if there are any modern societies where men are oppressed to degree that women are.

You still haven't told us what the "Starbucks test" is. Starbucks seems to hold some kind of meaning for you, and I can't divine what it is. I don't drink coffee, myself, so I'm really out of the loop. I like tea with the ladies. Does that make me traditional? Do I pass the test?

Seriously, I AM concerned about you. Now, I know you will say you don't want or need my concern, but I still feel it.
You are an educated, well-traveled guy who's probably got a lot going for him in real life, but you sure seem pretty lonely to me under all your anger.
My wish for you would be that you would make a decision to spend your energy overcoming that and not engaging in further prejudice against women or others who do not share your values.

No one is trying to force you to associate with a feminist woman, but plenty of feminists are lovely people. You might actually like a few if you ever got to know one.
The point is, you are entitled to all your own opinions and values, no matter how rigid some might feel them to be. BUT, others (including those feminists you despise) are also entitled to the same.
The truth is, what you put out into the world is really what you will get back from it.
You've got a pretty negative vibe going right now, and I sincerely hope you'll reconsider adopting more positivity into your life so that you can find the happiness you deserve with that special lady one day down the line.
