Smoking - #1 dealbreaker, no way around it
Drugs
Excessive drinking/partying - social drinking - good... getting trashed, puking, being an idiot - bad
Arrogant 'know-it-all' attitude
Being married to their job/career
Bad hygiene - of course, that's a given
Excessive gadget use - sorry, but I do not want to 'compete' with your 'toys' and your FB, etc.

There may be others but those are the biggies.

Someone who can't or won't hold up her end of the conversation. If you don't want to go out with me, that's fine. Just say so. But if you agree to the date, one word answers and avoiding eye contact from the start are just plain rude. If I've offended you with something I've said, tell me so I can apologize. But if you don't want to be there, just end the date and leave.
