Actually, what I said was: "I won't date a girl who has never had a healthy relationship with her father or a father figure..."
While I do not judge or "condemn" a woman for having these issues, it is something that I fear would eventually affect our relationship - because that has been my experience. It has been a painful experience that I do not wish to repeat. Maybe it's an unfair bias, but that's my baggage and I'm entitled to it.
That's funny, because I won't date a man who has baggage about women with potential baggage.
This baggage stuff is an endless circle, ain't it?
Hardly fair to the poor girl who was dealt a bad hand by the Universe and ended up with a lousy father.
It may not be fair but it's no more different than not dating someone based on their age, race or height. It's not like every guy is going to reject because she has a poor/no relationship than her dad.

Talks too much
Plays with her phone
Seems too confident for no apparent reason
Too animated
Always busy
Feminist
Fat
Doesn't say please or thank you
Takes pride in not being able to cook
Promiscuous
Doesn't respect men
Argumentative

Judgmental women
Mean women
Women who smoke (I have asthma and can't be around smoke of any kind)
Women who don't like animals (my dog can sense when you don't like her)
Women who are radical feminists (just because men disagree with you doesn't mean he hates women. Get over yourself)
Bisexual women (I don't trust them in a relationship)
Women who think gamers are lame (If I hear you utter those words or touch my game, you'll get the boot).
Single mom's or divorced mom's (What drove your partner away)
Women who have slept with a lot of men (It's disgusting)
Women who gossip
No sense of humor
Rival sports fans and isn't a sports fan (I don't date rivals, yes I hate your team just that much)
Women who smell bad.
