I've noticed this every time I've been in an airport, ANY airport. I have no idea why, but it seems like airports are just crawling with attractive women.
It's already been mentioned but, yeah, flying is expensive and generally reserved for the more affluent. They tend to be more attractive for a variety of sociological reasons.
Flying hasn't been expensive since the airline industry was deregulated. Flying is cheap compared to what it used to be. Back when people would dress up to fly, airlines served real meals, and the planes weren't cattle cars. Now, with online ticketing, you can get discounted fares that are 1/3 of the already cheap price.
She's a pretty 8 year old blonde now and so earnest and serious. I miss the baby in the picture that thought life was so funny!
