Oh wow, climate specialist? I'm also majoring in that sort of thing. That's cool. I might actually move to Seattle area next fall too. Portland seems too hippie/weird for me. Do you plan on remaining in that area?

I can bake cookies and make basic things well. So long as I follow a recipe. Without checking a recipe, I can make great hot chocolate and chai tea though.

Wow, seriously? Yes, I will remain in that area.

I guess I will need to teach you to cook, though.

Edit: Not necessarily climate, I'm more interested in meteorology.

Ah, so more like a weatherman. What do you intend to do with that skillset?

Well what do you consider essential cooking skills? I can mince garlic and roast asparagus just fine.

I hope not, otherwise I'd be so embarrassed that I would quit city-data.

If you're right, I just may consider France, as je parle un peu de francais welll, not likely the country would accept me in no problem though.
Of course not. That's just an ignorant, teabilly point of view. Exactly what you have in your second half of your original post.

I think my hairdresser Franswa fits the bill but he was wearing blush and eyeliner yesterday.

Essential cooking skills would mean being able to follow recipes.

With my skill set, I want to be a research professor that improves forecast models.

Anyone with that list of traits is going to be hard to find. There are plenty of men with most of them, but few with all of them, I'd guess.

Your best bet would be to search online, and list the traits you want in your profile. Make it somewhat humorous, though, as the list itself will put off many even if they match. I found several women who matched my very difficult set of traits (and my list was similar to yours except for vegetarian, although it seems that many who had the other traits were also vegetarian - I was more interested in someone with a healthy libido! lol). I suggest match.com, which is where I met my wife.
