No, I HAD a girlfriend. I'm single now. My acne has worsened since we broke up, I don't know how though.
Stress can cause acne breakouts, so maybe that's it.
I have a cousin who has had acne issues since forever. He had really bad cystic acne in high school and had to do the Accutane thing like 5 times. Even now, he doesn't eat certain foods because they make him break out. He has never had issues finding women, but he is also naturally attractive anyway.
You haven't been trying to get a girlfriend since you broke up with that one, so you're not in a position to state that you can't get one due to acne.
