Would you be willing to date someone who insists upon waiting until marriage before having sex? (females, attractive)

Thanks for answering. I agree that cheating is wrong but I wasn't asking about in general cheating. The example I brought up was a direct reply to the comment you made about what you said sex was. I was trying to understand if you would still think the same way with the situation I used as a possible scenario.
So if you consider any other sexual acts besides penetration, a possible gray area, how are you ok with everything but penetration, being called "not sex"?
If my future GF engaged in mutual masturbation with someone else without any direct contact between them, then I would still not consider it to be sexual cheating, but I would still consider it to be just as bad as sexual cheating is. After all, this would be a large violation of my trust in her (and plus, as a side note, my future GF might define "sex" differently than I would define it).
Is this what you were asking me?
Also, to clarify:
I consider penetration to be sex for sure.
I consider things such as mammary intercourse to be a gray area in regards to whether or not they should be considered to be sex.
I consider things such as mutual masturbation without any direct contact (such as someone's hand being on someone else's vagina) not to be sex.
I think I did. The answer is: it depends on the rules of the relationship. I could be dating or married to someone and if they had sex with someone else it may or may not be cheating, if they have mutual masturbation with someone else it may or may not be cheating, if they kiss someone else it may or may not be cheating.
Can't really answer it since it is two separate things.
I wasn't asking about what would be considered cheating in random cases. I asked specifically about the OPs situation based on his personal opinion.
He was able to answer it so he knew what I was asking.

I could see that. I consider all of those things above that involve contact between a man and a woman to be sex but short of PIV its all just foreplay to me.
I'm not a doctor but I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
I believe the clinical term is: tit-f-ck
I know, but we were looking for something more PG. lol
