You should see last week's posts from female posters "I may be 35 but my friends tell me I look like I am 20, ok?!" Whoever is over 30, just accept it and move on. We all age, get wrinkled, gain weight, etc. It's part of life .
But yeah, rich guys normally go for younger girls. Who celebrity was it? I think it was Mic Jagger who was asked why he was dating a gorgeous slender young model and his answer was "...because I can" .
I say let those young hotties have the old farts, money, saggy balls and all.
The good thing is there are more and more young studs looking for sugar mommas and cougars. With all the young ladies off the market and women earning more and more...well it doesn't sound like a bad deal to me.

But he's a rich rock star. Speaking of rich rock stars, John Taylor, the bassist for Duran Duran is married to Gela Nash, one of the founders of Juicy Couture. She's older than him and neither are ugly or desperate. In fact John Taylor is quite handsome. Yes he could date younger but chose someone older.

This is known as confirmation bias. The primary demographic she deals with, are men that want to buy the attention of young women, so she concludes that all wealthy men are like this -- and you believe her.
Certainly, some men are like this, but so are some women. Not all wealthy men, nor all wealthy women. I know plenty of uber wealthy people, married to people their own age. Not everybody is out seeking the attention of a younger person to feed their ego.
I don't like dating women in their 20s or early 30s, because most of them aren't experienced enough in life to have much that is interesting to say (and most of them want to start families -- which isn't what I'm looking for).
I much prefer a women closer to my age. She has had interesting life experiences and can hold a conversation.
Sorry, but I reject your thesis.
Oh, stop it, you pesky, reality-based logical person with your pesky logic and reality, you.
I say let those young studs have the old hags, money, saggy breasts and all.
Win/win.
Now everyone is happy, saggy balls, saggy breasts and all.
I just thought of something, they have cosmetic surgery for saggy breasts, butts and even loose vajajas, is there equivalent for ball sacks and limp noodles?

As everything, there are some exceptions out there but normally guys are older than the girl when it comes to relationships. Can't deny that fact.
