I'm 60. My oldest son is 38 years old. Marrying a 20 something year old man? No interest. There is more than looks involved here for both. I would not be comfortable or drawn to someone as the generation gap for one thing would be huge. He wouldn't have a clue what I was talking about most of the time. I guess if I missed having a child at home with me, which I definitely wouldn't, this could be amusing. Perhaps the 20 something always missed have a mom or grandma that would care for him like this older woman could. I had a cousin who lost her father when she was younger and was happy with a man old enough to be her father.
I would be bored very quickly with a 20 something.
What if he was a history major? he would then have a great understanding of any op culture references you made.
If it was an acquaintance I'd just laugh to myself and watch for my own amusement. If it was someone I was related to or very close to I'd try to talk some sense in to them because I'd smell a scam. I'm 56 and have a male friend who's 28 that I hang out with sometimes but nooooooope on anything beyond that! I actually HOPE people assume mother/son when they see us because the alternative is too weird.

I knew a couple that met and fell in love, whose ages were around 25 (him) and 60 (her). They met in a doctor's office, and were both very interested in alternative medicine, and made careers for themselves together. She asked him, when his serious interest in her became clear, if he was sure about having a relationship with her, and he was. They got married, and are still married about 6 or 7 years later.
On one hand, YAY! I can probably have sex every day! Maybe multiple times a day! I have indeed won the lottery!
On the other hand, well...I don't want another baby to take care of.
