Does anyone ever read the blogs? I have not been really much for doing that, but I recently took a break from some of the heavier convos going on and read homina's blog. Like I don't recommend anybody read mine, it was just me having brainsquirrels I needed to exorcise now and then, but like homina's writing is so heartfelt and well put together.
I don't know if he's still officially here, not here, taking a break (he said he might) or what. But I effin' love that dude. Not afraid to say it. There are a few who just come off as really...real.
I also like Captain Catfish, freakin' hilarious when he pops up outta nowhere. I'm not bothering to mess with numbers or punctuation or figuring out exact usernames, ya'll know who I mean.

Man is it hot here! Lol and I didn’t bring my bikini body.
You already in town, mamacita?? You came at the possibly hottest time we've ever had in the LA area. My bananas felt like hot potatoes from just sitting on the kitchen table. When I reached into my cabinet next to the sink to get a pan for the banana pudding, the heat was radiating from the baking pans on the shelves.
It is 91 degrees right now in my living room, with the portable AC going full-blast all day. I've already had to roll the damn thing out once to drain all the accumulated condensation. But we have a big pan of Paula Deen's Not Yo Mama's Banana Pudding in the fridge, and that was lunch and it's probably what I'll have for dinner too. If I could just crawl into the refrigerator next to my pan of pudding, I'd be a happy camper.
My dad told me next weekend we are having rain storms. I wish I could fast forward to that part right about now
