I personally believe that Archaeology is not finished in its unraveling of Jesus history; we will find out much more. And its there to find.

Jesus WAS different than most people think.
He was born a human being, of human parents He had some type of ministry, based on jewish tradition with some Esoteric (Possibly essene) elements thrown in. Probably, he was martyred for making the wrong people angry, which during that time, was not hard to do. He was executed, his body left up to rot for days as an example to any other potential "Messiahs" or "prophets" or "enemies of Rome"
He did not resurrect from the dead, he did not appear to anyone in a bodily form, and he is not coming back as such. He was not conceived of "god" he did no miracles and he was no unique divine incarnation.
After he died, certain socio-political elements wanted to continue his teachings to some degree. While we do not know exactly what he taught, it must have been very influential and he must have been a very charismatic individual. He must have taught something people wanted or needed to hear, possibly a message of unconditional love at an era when life was comprised of day to day tribal warrfare and Roman occupation.
His stories, his myths, his embellishments were all added later when a religion was formed around him.
What is important perhaps is that his inspiration and meaning must be drawn by each individual; It is up to each person to interpret and decide what Jesus means to him or her, or not should we so choose.

HOW TO KNOW IF JESUS REALLY DIED AND CAME BACK TO LIFE:

The Eyes:

Within minutes after death, the cornea films over, and the white of the eye goes grey. After around two hours the cornea goes cloudy, and within a day or two it goes opaque. On the third day the gas makes the eyes bulge.

Was there any report of the eyes bulging and opaque when Jesus was said to return?

Putrefraction

Begins about 2 days after death. The process is faster in damp places or when the body is exposed to air. Decay is about eight times faster in the air than underground. In very hot temperatures the body will dry out and mummify instead.

People with a lot of fat will decay faster. People who died of bacterial disease will also decay faster..

2-3 days: green staining begins on the right side of the abdomen. Body begins to swell.

Was there any report of green staining on the right side of Jesus's abdomen, and was his body swollen?

Insects

Body Lice: they outlive their host by 3 - 6 days.
Various insects: They like to lay their eggs on very fresh corpses. The eggs hatch out within 8-14 hours. After another 8-14 hours it sheds its skin and emerges as a bigger larva.

Eggs:
When blow flies oviposit, their eggs has come very short in their embryonic development. The eggs are approximate 2 mm in length. During the first eight hours or so there is little signs of development. This changes after that, and one can see the larvae through the chorion of the egg at the end of the egg stage. The egg stage typically lasts a day or so.

Larvae:
The blowfly has three instars of larvae. The first instar is approximately 5 mm long after 1.8 days, the second instar is approximately 10 mm long after 2.5 days, the third instar is approximately 17 mm long after 4-5 days. Identifying the right instar is the easiest part, and is done relatively easy based on size of larvae, the size of the larva's mouth parts and morphology of the posterior spiracles. The time it takes to reach the different instars depends very much on microclimate, i.e. temperature and humidity

Did Jesus have larvae attached to his skin and in his orifices?

Livor Mortis (Discoloration)

Livor mortis is the settling of blood. It is also called Hypostasis.

When the heart stops, the blood stops circulating and gravity makes it settle. This makes the areas where the blood has settled turn dark blue or purple.

This starts happening immediately and is visible with a couple of hours. At this point skin is bluish and blotchy. After five or six hours the blotches have joined up but the skin still goes white when pressed. After ten to twelve hours the blue colour remains even when pressed.

Was Jesus' back or front blue?

Autolysis
Autolysis is the breakdown of the body by endogenous substances. It proceeds most rapidly in organs such as the pancreas and stomach. It may predominate in more arid conditions and can eventually result in mummification. The enzymes in the body will destroy the pancreas within two days of death.

Did Jesus appear to have a functional pancreas?

You will have to prove that he ever existed first.

The stinking ghettos all over the world have a hope that you cannot remove.

That is all it is, a hope, or wishful thinking, nothing more.

There may be some truth in that. You ask for proof, I show you proof, and yet you still hope, proof be damned.

If Jesus had been dead for 3 days, his body would have decayed.

If he really came back to life, he would have a lot more than some sword holes and cross nails to show he had been dead. He would have a stinking, decayed and bloated body to show for it.

You issued the challenge here...

Neither his existence, his divinity, not his resurrection can be proven, but since you are the one making these claims it is your job to prove he existed, that he was divine, and that he will return....Bible quotes will not suffice.
