Rather, to me ' credulity ' (blind faith) is what is Not required.
Jesus had faith (confidence) in the old Hebrew Scriptures.
That is why Jesus often prefaced his statements with the words, " it is written...."
Meaning already written down in the OT for all to see.
Jesus explained or expounded the OT for us so that we know what is ahead for us.
Jesus as Messiah will undo all the damage Satan and Adam brought upon us - 1st Corinthians 15:24-26; Isaiah 25:8
Umm you still have to have faith in what was written down by man in the book. If we had evidence there would be no need for 100's of verses to tell us to have faith.

But, Alas and Alak, there is No evidence. Zero, Zippo. Just a bunch of ancient scribblings from people operating from a knowledge-base but only a tiny fraction of what exists today.
If it weren't for the utterly false, and indeed laughable, promise of eternal life after death, Nobody, but nobody would bother with it, dismissing it out of hand as the gibberish it truly is.

Even though I'm an atheist, your hyperbole significantly diminishes the strength of your position.
My position is always at 100%, hyperbole not withstanding.
And stay on-topiic.
CYA
The strength of somebody's posts is always part of the topic. If we're going to ask religion to make sense, then we ought to expect atheists to make sense, as well.

Then start making some, and get off my back. Capiche? My posts, wrapped in their humorous style, make all the sense in the world. Now STAY On Topic, or at least OFF my back. Don't make me fire up my packet-sniffer!!!!

Can't read your comment, but a reasonable response would probably be that you still wouldn't believe. You've made up your mind, and don't really care about what makes sense.
I love this!
