i know that God is real. There was time i did not believe in any spiritual entity, there was time when i began to believe that there is God, and time came that i came to know that God is reality. Any 'belief' must eventually become 'know'. 'Belief' only comes when God taps your shoulder...
Would you care to share how you progressed from "belief" to "know?"
.... Because faith and belief are required because you don't "know".
This is my stance , also. I'm not much for blind faith..it's sweet if that's all ya got.
But, I'm much more an advocate of seeing is believing ...and never settle for anything less than knowing through direct personal contact with the Divine Presence...
the kind that leaves you breathless, in awe.
You can add me to the 'know God exists' list.
A lukewarm believer most of my life, I never purposefully sought out 'proof',
(happy is he who hasn't seen but has believed)
but nde 2018 and the aftermath have shown to me personally Him fulfilling His promises!

God not only intervenes in my life but in the lives of those that I am lead to pray for.
In my early days, I knew the power of Jesus' name for miracles and I saw many.
Later in life, I learned that I needed to cooperate with God and have His direction before praying for His intervention, mostly because He has the big picture and knows best what needs to be done. This is where Jesus' Lordship must be involved because though one can wield the name of Jesus for miracles successfully, it does not certify a relationship. It is merely an understanding of the power of Jesus' name.
Matthew 7;21,22,23, Jesus made it clear, this wielding of His name done without His instruction does not demonstrate His Lordship. Calling Jesus Lord when it is not true in you is a lie, God will not recognize.
This fact alone proves it is a relationship, not a religion. "Not every one that says to me Lord, Lord shall enter the kingdom of Heaven." Jesus.
