Some do, some don't. That's the great part about the absolute word of god. There are so many different variations to choose from there's bound to be a version that lets you rationalize anything you want and pretend that it came from god. That's true for both polygamy, and in the context of the thread, icky feelings about gay people.

LOL. Which is why in every other thread you talk about how horrible homosexuals are and how they should have no rights.

Homosexuality is:

A religious issue - Gay people are children of God and should be respected as such.

A moral issue - it is immoral to hate or discriminate against gay people.

A legal issue - Homosexuality is not against the law (Supreme Court decision Lawrence Vs. Texas 2003), can serve openly in the military, and discriminating against them is illegal in many jurisdictions.

A civil rights issue - there is an ongoing civil rights struggle on behalf of the LGBT community to achieve equality in employment, housing, public accommodations, marriage, etc.

Homosexuality is an abomination unto God.

It is normal to be disgusted by deviant immoral behavior.

Our Judicial branch is infested with liberal activists.

You make a mockery of noble, just civil rights efforts by trying to foist your perversions on society.

Well, I guess it's not a non-issue for you after all...

It's always a fun game to see which Bideshi will be posting at any given time.

Sometimes if you see some poop left on the sidewalk, you feel compelled to clean it up as a service to your fellow man instead of just walking on by. It's still just poop.

Apparently, whether or not you care about the poop changes from day to day with you!

But you're not 'cleaning up' anything. You're just being dragged kicking and screaming into the future. Such is the lot of social conservatives -- yesterday always looks wonderful and glorious compared to today, and even more so compared to the future.

Sometimes if you see some poop left on the City-Data forums, you feel compelled to clean it up as a service to your fellow man instead of just walking on by. Sometimes you just go "Meh, let Bideshi talk".

It's still just poop.
