You do realize that in the minds, and I use that term loosely, of these krime kinksters, there are only two options for a city with a significant population of people of color:
1) Crime is increasing
2) Crime stats may show crime is decreasing, but that's only because people aren't being prosecuted or arrested due to "liberals"

Alas, there seems to be only one "krime kinkster" left here. As such, he is struggling alone to get his creepy copy/paste neighborhood crime pathology out without being challenged by posters. People who actually live in Rhode Island & intimately know the neighborhoods he tries to broad brush trash.

I recently read a report about what states are on the give (mostly blue) & what states are on the take (mostly red) of federal money. It was an eyeopener.
And thanks to those Right Wing farmers spraying our inner cities with gunfire from their combines, the United States has become the 128th safest country in the world. Due in large part to our "egregiously high murder rate". THIS is an eye-opener.
