Np. I still enjoy posting here, it's my pleasure. But I'll be honest and admit that I sometimes miss the olden days when this thread was filled trolls

Sacs temp seems a little bit off(too warm) here

Little nugget you might enjoy.
Sacramento likely ends up with 1-2 70f lows this summer.
Austin had 3 by mid April .
Cheers

The highest LOW Sac had this year for summer was 67F. When we have upper 60's for low temps we notice it a lot....some say it feels "humid".....its not really "humid" they just think it is because we are not used to anything above our mid/upper 50's-low 60's for overnight/early morning temps. But yes I agree with you we probably will have at least 1-2 70f lows this summer because all it takes is a strong high pressure system coupled with a shut-down of the SSW prevailing wind or a dry off-shore prevailing wind and Sac becomes just like anywhere else in the Great Central Valley.

I sort of miss the trolls :-). Over the years I have clearly noticed folks in the Sacramento Area talk more ACCURATELY about our summer weather. Just the other day my friend told me of her friend who moved down to Sacramento from Seattle by way of the Midwest.... she was pleasantly surprised of the very Cool evenings and mornings.

But there is still a NEED for this thread when Coastal Folks continue to misrepresent Sacramento weather. :-)

Felt great at nite
Good breeze all nite, chim. Monterrey bay breeze
Hot temps return soon, but humidity falls off a cliff. No more monsoonal humidity for the month(I hope for the year)

Keep tabs on Texas this weekend, chim.
Hearing mutterings of a possible energy failure repeat!!! Everything is bigger in Texas including governmental incompetence

I've been loving the beautiful cool clear nights in California this summer. I'm sure the night you posted these, my neighborhood away from the coast would have been cooler than downtown San diego, and probably clear. Last night, I went walking around 10:00 p.m. at 62°, no wind, and it was a wonderful way to cool off.

Yeah, same down here in inland San diego. Still waking up to overcast mornings even far from the coast, and been having more afternoons in the low 80s than anything else, although this weekend looks to bump us up to about 90 for about 2 days before going back down again. And low temps around 60. Can't beat it when you see what's happening in Europe and Texas
