Bringing back a thread from the dead in hopes that someone knows the ex owners. I was hoping to get at least the recipe for the wing sauce they used for New York Hot wings. I used to visit this place often but they just decided to close shop without any advanced notice. Any and all info is greatly appreciated! Here is a pic of their old menu.

OK...since we gave it a try I will report.

Bush Chicken opened in the AR area, just behind Target on the corner of 1604 and Culebra.

Hubby does not care for "take out" chicken and LOVE this chicken...commented on it 3 times during dinner....so I am HAPPY!!!

Since you asked, our visit to Sustenio was great! Review and photos on urbanspoon.com; not an inexpensive evening by any stretch of the imagination (total tab w/drinks,wine,tax,tip close to $90 PP). Great service as well, but the hotel itself was essentially deserted the night we went (like upscale version of "the shining")-can't believe they haven't marketed this place better!!
