Thanks, I will have to check it out. I hope they have a drop off. How is GoodWill on taking clothes? I have tons of clothes to get rid of and they are nice but all the fast food restraunts are catching up to me so you know the rest.

just do not go there during the evening rush hour, unless you are going west on Culebra. People trying to left turn into the Wells Fargo around 5:00-6:00 PM are beyond annoying.

Those Wells Fargo/Walgreens folks kill a lot of that traffic flow there. My favorite is when they're completely on the wrong side of the road, waiting for that left.

Yah, and then the security guy comes out and stops traffic so they can go . Maybe there should be a road in the back of Wells Fargo that would take you to the light. It really is a mess right there, I try to avoid it.

I didn't realize it was the security guard directing traffic there. Is he allowed to do that?

There should be a road in the back, connecting all those businesses together.

Well..... I THINK it is the security guard . Unless they hire an off-duty officer to do it

I just called the company (G.T. Sirizzotti, Inc.) that is doing the dirt work along 1604 between Culebra and Shaenfield to see what they were building.

The guy that answered the phone said they are building a storm water facility.

Culebra Creek Regional Storm Water Facility at Loop 1604, Phase I Construction Only (Northeast corner of Loop 1604 and Culebra Road) LF $5,140,000
Construct a regional storm water facility at the confluence of Culebra and Helotes Creek. The total cost for this project is currently estimated to be $5.286 million, with the City’s share expected to equal approximately 97% of this total.

Why do you think they need to build that new facility? All those cages and concrete makes alot of stormwater runoff. Granted the dinosaurs will drink plenty of it, but the city is planning ahead this time...

Either that or the runoff from a certain Disney themed park is in the future!
