I don't think this property is in the city so why does San Antonio have the authority to do this?

City council passed the resolution that supports the low income tax credit application for the Vista Point at Wild Pine Development.
There's low income housing in Beverly Hills. You'll be fine.

What's going up next to the Golds Gym @ Potranco & 151? I see them clearing out the land there and marking it off. Any ideas or is it buried somewhere in this thread?!

Wrong thread. Try ^ if no one on this one knows. You might have better luck.

Is "low income housing" the place where people that have too many kids live? You know, those people that don't live within their means? So now, the tax payers like you and me have to pick up the tab. What is the difference between this and section 8 housing? So nice to get rewarded for doing the wrong thing.

Right, because low income automatically means you're a bad person who's done bad things. You're either a good person with a high paying job or you're a terrible human being who can't work hard and is lazy and who brings wrath to our planet if you earn a low income.

That's a fantastic view of things.

Prove otherwise. With low income usually comes with low life's. Show me a low income area that held up value and trash wasn't present.

Well, it looks like Culebra and 1604's bubble has burst now that they have low income housing scheduled to be built. You might want to move further out west. Perhaps to Castroville? I'm sure they'd be glad to be part of the "northwest side."

Low income often means "low or no upkeep". The lawnmower breaks and there's no money to get it fixed. The siding needs replacing, but there's no money for that. Not sure why people can't be honest about it without being called a hater or something.
