LOL, I know better than to come between a woman and her thin mints. I have my own box!

Dad's gonna take her to Cavender's in a few. I'm hoping to meet them on my lunch break (maybe). I'll be sure to put dress-up pictures on FB sometime today

It's hard to keep them fresh. I am always comparing them to the snot bubble picture. Hard to top.

I ADORE the balance beam one. The snot bubble is amazing, but she's so dang cute with the gymnastics teacher there beside her. Adorable.

I'm being tortured...sitting here in the "office" looking outside and can see calm winds, blue skies and little squirrels bouncing around in my backyard. Such a nice day out...maybe I can sneak away...aaahh if it wasn't for UPS, I'd be out somewhere. Waiting on a package to arrive and I hate how you can never pinpoint an average time of delivery with them (sometimes it's at 8am, others at 7pm).

Days like these makes suffering through the miserable summers/early Falls OK...well, almost.

Here’s a thought….and maybe everyone else’s thought on this matter doesn’t exist…but read it anyway…

Have you ever had the view that you were the only thing that exists? That everything else around you, everything that you experience, touch, taste, love... is only a figment of your own imagination. In other words, the view that your mind is the only thing that exists.

This is the view of the solipsist. A solipsist is someone that believes they are the only thing that exists and nothing else is real. They are very common. Something like 1 out of 5 people have this view, but they do not know how to define it.

I had a professor in college that was a solipsist. We would often joke that we should take very good care of Mr. Carver because if he goes….we all go!

At the end of the world, would the last person left alive be a solipsist?

Paraphrasing from "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy":

Mouse: We'll give you a new brain and program it so you act exactly as you do now. No one would know the difference.
Arthur: I'D know the difference!
Mouse: No, you wouldn't. You'd be programmed not to.

Aight i need to get some fresh air

hmmm, I thought that Thin Mint thing was going to go a whole different direction..

and the only good things in Florida are my Grandma, a cousin, a friend of mine, and a friend of the family. Otherwise they can cut it off and set the whole state adrift.

That was also basically the movie The Matrix, Nick..
