same as Santa Cruz
Living in Santa Cruz today it's the same. I lived here years ago, just got back and am amazed at the filth, wow, it's like a slum. How does this happen and why do people still pay high rents when the cities are disgusting? At least I can go to the beach...well...and see someone shooting up on the beach so maybe not.

And as horrible as the Bay Area is people from all over the world pay multiple millions to live here. Houses in rockridge Oakland are selling for more than a villa on the French Rivera with a pool and a sea view. sweet!
