a) The VAST majority of the rioters in the last 2 years' Oakland riots were not from Oakland. Most Oaklanders have no interest trashing their own neighborhoods. What an interesting concept
And the biggest reasons why Oaklanders don't like riots is because its a perfect excuse for the trigger happy OPD to test out their shiny AR15s and pocket the baby Glocks. Most of the rioters are rich CAL brats though so no unnecessary bloodshed for the OPD
They already get more than enough from shooting unarmed civilians in the back
b) Oakland has one of the largest (although not the most known) rap scenes in the country. Trust me when I tell you that you have no idea what you're talking about.

And the biggest reasons why Oaklanders don't like riots is because its a perfect excuse for the trigger happy OPD to test out their shiny AR15s and pocket the baby Glocks. Most of the rioters are rich CAL brats though so no unnecessary bloodshed for the OPD
