The best bet for the Semi-Finals are the following players:
Djokovic
Murray
Nadal
Federer
Del Potro
Tsonga
I'd personally rank Ferrer and possibly Berdych ahead of Tsonga (and list del Potro above Federer, as I noted up-thread). If Ferrer avoids drawing del Potro or Federer in his quarter, I like his chances of advancing to the semifinals in New York (something he's done twice previously).
XXXXX = Most likely Del Potro or Federer, and maybe Tsonga or Berdych. (Alternatively, Nadal would be in Murray's draw and XXXXX would be on Djokovic's draw.
Anyone else other than the above combination would be considered an upset.
And I don't get why you keep being antagonistic, I am happy with Murrays form! Current Wilmbledon, US Open and Olympic champion and world number two - why would I be doubtful of him?!
How will it be a MAJOR upset if Ferrer is there instead of Tsonga?
Because US Open is hard court, not clay court. Ferrer is good at clay, Tsonga is good at hard surface. Which part of different court don't you understand?
