It's annoying to see Djokovic and Nadal on the same half of the draw. Do we really want another version of French Open 2013?
Whilst Nadal is Number 4, or even if he gets back to 3 (which he could well be next week - only 260 points behind Ferrer who lost in the 2nd Round after a Bye in the 1st Round), this is inevitable.
If and when Nadal can get back to Number 2, they will always have a 50:50 chance of meeting in a Semi-Final, depending on the Draw.
This will be the 36th meeting between the 2 players.
Interesting comments below the ATP article- Nadal and Djokovic fans just love each other don' they? (almost as much as the 2 players do themselves).

I think this type of furious debate is good for the sport. Having fans on both sides fighting so hard for their favorite player shows the sport is alive and well, and that people really do care about the game.
I think this is perfect for this tournament and Canadian tennis in general. Having two heavy-weights in Nadal and Djokovic fighting in one semi, while having two Canadians going at it in the other, is only going allow the sport to grow in Canada.

I don't think people cares much about Canada. It's all about the top 8 or so players and the Grand Slams.
